Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone who plays Phurti. By using the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the game.
1. Who we are
The mobile card game “Phurti: Multiplayer Card Game” (the “game” or “Phurti”) is developed and operated by ViQwela, an independent solo developer (“we”).
2. Who can play
You must be 18 or older to play. The game simulates gambling-style card play with virtual chips and is not intended for children. By playing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Your account
- You can play as a guest (no registration needed) or sign in with Google, Apple, Play Games, or Game Center.
- You are responsible for your actions in the game and for controlling access to your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. The account is deleted after 7 days unless you sign in again before then. For details, see the account deletion page.
4. Chips and purchases
- Chips, avatar frames, emote packs, and other in-game items are virtual and have no monetary value. You cannot give, sell, or transfer them to another player, or exchange them for real money or prizes.
- The game is free to play. Purchases are optional and go through Google Play or the App Store under the store’s terms. Refunds follow the rules of the store where you made the purchase.
5. Code of conduct
Your in-game name, the names of the tables you create, and your profile picture are visible to all players. A private message goes only to the friend you send it to. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior of any kind. The following are not allowed:
- Insults, threats, bullying, and harassment of other players.
- Hate speech and discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
- Obscene or sexual content, graphic violence, and calls for violence.
- Spam, advertising, and scams.
- Impersonating another person, the developer, or Phurti support.
- Sharing other people’s personal information, such as addresses, phone numbers, or photos.
- Buying, selling, or trading chips, in-game items, or accounts between players, as well as offering to exchange chips for money.
- Anything else that breaks the law.
6. Fair play
Play fair. The following are not allowed:
- Colluding with other players at the table or deliberately losing chips to another player.
- Playing against yourself using multiple accounts.
- Using cheats or bots, or hacking or modifying the app.
- Exploiting bugs in the game to your advantage. If you find a bug, report it using “Support” in the game’s settings.
- Abusing bonuses, rewards for watching ads, or the partner program, including through multiple accounts.
- Creating a new account to get around a ban.
7. Reporting and blocking
- The “Report” button is in a player’s profile and at the table (tap an opponent). Choose a reason: name, avatar, in-game behavior, or messages.
- We review every report and take action if we confirm a violation.
- To stop a player from messaging you or sending you friend requests, tap “Block” in their profile or at the table. They will disappear from your friends list and search results. If you are already playing together, the current match will continue to the end.
- If there is no suitable way to report something in the game, email us at support@phurti.app.
8. Enforcement
- If you violate these terms, we may, without warning, change your in-game name, remove your content, temporarily or permanently ban your account, or delete it. The action we take depends on how serious the violation is.
- If your account is permanently banned or deleted for a violation, you lose access to its chips and items, including purchased ones, with no compensation. Refunds for purchases are available only under the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
- If you believe we took action against you by mistake, email us at support@phurti.app.
9. Changes to the game and these terms
- We keep developing the game and may change its features, rewards, and selection of in-game items.
- We do our best to keep the game running smoothly but cannot guarantee it. Outages can happen. The game may also be unavailable during updates.
- If we decide to shut down the game, we will announce it in advance on our website, phurti.app.
- We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to play after the terms change, you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. As a consumer, you still have the protections provided by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
