“Phurti: Multiplayer Card Game” mobile game · Effective date: 9 July 2026 · Last updated: 3 August 2026
Who we are
The mobile card game “Phurti: Multiplayer Card Game” (the game, “Phurti”;
formerly listed as “11 - Phurti: Multiplayer Cards”) is
developed and operated by ViQwela (“we”). Contact:
support@phurti.app.
What data we collect
- Account data. A randomly generated device identifier (guest
sign-in). If you sign in with Google: your Google account identifier,
display name and profile picture URL. We do not request or store your
email address.
- Game data. In-game name, avatar, game statistics, virtual chip
balance, match history, friends list, achievements, referral code.
- Push token. A Firebase Cloud Messaging token of your device,
used to deliver game notifications; and the device language, used to
localize them.
- Technical data. IP address and basic request data in short-lived
server logs (operations and abuse prevention).
- Reports. If you report another player, we store the report.
- Private messages. The game offers private one-to-one messaging
between players who are mutual friends. We store the messages you send
and receive so that both participants can read the conversation
history. Messages are kept for as long as the participants' accounts
exist and are deleted together with an account when it is deleted.
You can report or block another player directly from the chat.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob). The game shows optional
rewarded ads. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google
AdMob SDK processes data on your device such as the advertising ID,
IP address, general device information and ad interaction data (for
example, that an ad was displayed and watched). We ourselves only
record the fact that a reward was earned, to credit the chips and
enforce the daily limit.
- Purchases (Google Play). Chip packs are sold through Google
Play's billing system. Payment details (such as your card number) are
handled by Google Play and never reach us. Our server receives only
the purchase confirmation (purchase token, product and order
identifiers), verifies it with Google, credits the chips and keeps a
record of credited purchases.
What we use it for
- Running the game: accounts, matches, progress, leaderboards, friends.
- Sending push notifications you can disable in system settings.
- Showing optional rewarded ads: you may choose to watch an ad to
receive virtual chips (a daily limit applies). Ads never interrupt
the game on their own.
- Preventing fraud and abuse; enforcing game rules.
Virtual chips have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between players
and cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes.
Third parties
- Google Sign-In — optional sign-in with your Google account.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notification delivery.
- Google Play billing — in-app purchases. Payments are processed
by Google Play under its own terms; we only verify purchases with
Google and never see your payment details.
- Google AdMob — rewarded advertising. AdMob processes the data
listed above under its own terms; see
How Google uses
information from sites or apps that use its services. In the
EEA/UK, ads are served according to the choices you make in the
consent dialog shown at first launch (Google User Messaging Platform);
you can review or withdraw your consent at any time via
“Privacy settings” in the game settings. If you decline personalized
ads, ads still work in a non-personalized mode.
- Our server is hosted at a cloud hosting provider; data is processed on
that server.
We do not sell your data.
Data retention and deletion
Account and game data are kept while your account exists. Private messages
are kept while the participants' accounts exist; deleting an account removes
its conversations, including for the other participant. You can request
deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see
the account deletion page. Deletion uses a
7-day grace period: signing back in within 7 days cancels the deletion;
after that the account and its data are permanently erased. Server logs are
kept for a short period and then discarded.
Children
The game simulates gambling-style card play with virtual chips and is not
directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to play.
Changes
We may update this policy (for example, when new features such as ads or
in-app purchases are added). The current version is always available at this
address.
