Partner Program Terms
“Phurti: Multiplayer Card Game” · Effective date: 15 September 2026
1. What the program is
The Phurti partner program lets selected players (“partners”) earn a
commission on in-app purchases made by players they bring into the game.
The program is operated by ViQwela (“we”, the “publisher”), the developer
and operator of the mobile game “Phurti: Multiplayer Card Game” (the
“game”). Participation is by invitation: partner status is granted to a
specific game account by the publisher and is confirmed individually
(usually by e-mail or messenger) together with your commission rate.
These terms apply in addition to the game’s
Privacy Policy. By accepting partner status you agree
to these terms.
2. Your code and link
- Every player has a personal invite code. A partner’s code is the same
code, optionally extended with a short alias (3–12 letters and digits)
that we assign on request. Both forms work.
- Your partner link is
https://phurti.app/p/<CODE>.
On Android, installing the game from this link carries the code into
the game automatically. On iPhone, or if the game is already
installed, the player enters the code in the game
(Friends → “I have a code”).
- A code can be entered within 30 days of the player’s sign-up,
once per account. A player who enters an active partner’s code may
receive a one-time in-game chip bonus; chips are virtual game currency
with no real-world value.
- Your in-game partner dashboard (Profile → Partner dashboard)
shows your code, your link and your statistics.
3. Attribution
- A player is attributed to you when they redeem your code (or install
via your link and the code is redeemed automatically). Attribution is
made once per player account and stays for the lifetime of that
account; it cannot be transferred to another partner.
- When partner status is activated, players who had already redeemed
your code as an ordinary invite are attributed to you as well.
Commission is calculated only on purchases made after the
activation date.
- The number of attributed players is shown in your dashboard as
“Players referred”.
4. Commission
- Commission is a percentage (“your share”) of the price paid by
the player for each qualifying in-app purchase made by an
attributed player — the amount charged by Google Play or the App
Store in the currency of that purchase, as shown in the store’s
monthly sales report. Your share is set by the publisher for you
individually and is shown in your dashboard.
- Commission is earned in the currencies of the purchases. For the
payout, the month’s totals are converted into US dollars at the
exchange rate of the payout day (the average rate published by the
National Bank of Poland, via the store’s settlement currency where
the store itself converts).
- Qualifying purchases are paid in-app purchases of chip packs and
premium items. Rewards earned by watching ads, free grants, promotional
or test purchases, and pre-registration rewards do not qualify.
- Refunded or charged-back purchases do not qualify; if they were
already counted, the corresponding commission is deducted from the
next payout.
- The dashboard shows two figures: “Earned (estimate)” — a live
estimate based on reference prices in US dollars — and
“Confirmed” — the amount confirmed after we reconcile the
month with the stores’ financial reports. Only confirmed amounts are
paid.
5. Reporting and payouts
- Reconciliation is done monthly, after the stores publish their
financial reports for the previous month (usually within the first
half of the following month). Confirmed amounts then appear in your
dashboard.
- Confirmed commission is paid within 30 business days after the
end of the month in which it was confirmed.
- Minimum payout: 50 US dollars. Smaller balances carry over to
the following months until the minimum is reached.
- Payouts are made in US dollars by PayPal or by bank transfer
through Wise, to the account details you provide. Fees charged
by PayPal, Wise or your bank on the receiving side are borne by you.
Other payout methods may be added later; if so, they will be listed
here.
- We may ask for information needed to make a payout lawfully (for
example, an invoice, a tax identification number or a certificate of
tax residence).
6. Promotion rules
- Present the game honestly. Do not promise or imply that players can
earn money, prizes or anything of real value by playing. Chips
cannot be cashed out or transferred; Phurti is not a gambling
product.
- Disclose the partnership where required: mark sponsored or affiliate
content in accordance with the laws of your country and the rules of
the platform you post on (for example, “#ad” or “affiliate link”).
- Do not use spam, bought or incentivized traffic, bots, fake accounts,
misleading landing pages, or ads that imitate the publisher or the
stores. Do not promote the game to minors: the game is intended for
players aged 18 and over.
- You may use the game’s name, icon and screenshots to promote it; do
not present yourself as the publisher or as an official Phurti
account.
7. Fraud and voiding
Commission is void, and partner status may be revoked, for purchases or
players obtained in breach of these terms — including your own purchases,
purchases from accounts you control, purchases funded by you, or traffic
generated by bots, fake accounts or misleading promotion. We may withhold
a payout while a case is being investigated.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, levies and reporting obligations that
apply to you in your country. Payouts are made from Poland; where Polish
law requires us to withhold tax from a payment to a partner abroad, we will
withhold it unless you provide the documents that allow a reduced rate or
an exemption (typically a certificate of tax residence). We will tell you
in advance if this applies to you.
9. Term, changes and termination
- The program runs until further notice. We may change these terms; the
current version is always published at this address, and material
changes take effect for commission earned after publication.
- Either side may end the partnership at any time. Deleting your game
account ends partner status and stops new attribution and
accrual.
- Commission that was already confirmed before termination is still
paid according to section 5, unless it was voided under section 7.
10. Governing law
These terms and all settlements under the program are governed by the
laws of Poland. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is subject to
the competent court in Poland.
11. Privacy
Partners see only aggregate statistics — counts and amounts — and never
the identity of attributed players. Our internal records of attributed
purchases contain a one-way hash of the buyer’s account identifier, not the
identifier itself. We process your contact and payout details to run the
program and to pay you. See the Privacy Policy.
